Refund Policy

To fully appreciate the benefits and limits defined by the Profound Publishers Policy, it is critical that you read and completely comprehend the return policy. Only in exceptional circumstances and under specific conditions can we provide refunds, as described below:

Change of Mind
The client is eligible for a complete refund prior to our editors/writers commencing work on the assignment. Customers who alter their minds after placing an order and determine that they do not wish to proceed with the project from our end for any given reason may request a refund within the initial hour following the order placement. Regardless of the circumstance, a 15% administrative fee will be assessed.

Incompetent Delivery
Customers are eligible for a refund solely when they have fully explored the alternatives specified below, and in the event that the completed work fails to satisfy the project criteria as specified or documented by the client. Our organization provides an unlimited number of revisions. We will assign, reassign, and rewrite your task to ensure satisfaction. It is possible to preserve FREE pages for future use; their value remains unchanged. In the event that we remain unable to fulfill your request, we will issue a refund in accordance with a proportion that is mutually agreed upon, but only in situations where the delivered item is entirely inaccurate.

Delivery Errors
We uphold the principle of “On Time Delivery”; in the event that we are unable to provide the requested service within three attempts to contact you, your refund will be processed provided that supporting documentation demonstrates that the late delivery was the responsibility of the company.

Timeline for Refunds
A refund must be requested within sixty days of delivery. Refund requests submitted after the deadline will be disregarded.

Cases where a refund will not be given
In the event of a late delivery due to minor technical issues (grammar, typing, word count, missing references, etc.), reimbursements will be handled after mutual agreement, and the firm will only settle with a partial refund or discounts saved for future orders. The firm shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the client.

Clause of Application
A project will be deemed closed after a minimum of 45 days have passed without any written agreement between the client and the account manager, during which time withdrawals from approvals or specifications have occurred. Costs will be incurred to reactivate the endeavor.

Project Completion
An unclaimed “closed project” is one that has been completed or has remained completed for a minimum of 45 days; Profound Publishers is no longer liable for such projects after the expiration of that time period.

General Refund Terms
If you seek a refund before we begin working on your ordered goods, we will return 100% of your payment (except transaction charges that will be deducted). Once an order has been delivered, you are no longer entitled to a full refund. The provided Products and Services are non‑refundable and come with no explicit or implied guarantees. You may request up to one free revision. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality, you may request a 50% refund of the fee amount paid. We will arrange a refund of 50% after verifying the quality problems. If you have a unique complaint situation and want a complete refund, your case will be submitted to an assessment committee, which will make a fair judgment based on facts and evidence.

Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, Profound requires a 45‑day prior notice in written via email. It may take up to 45 working days to review your refund request, and another 15 working days to reimburse your funds if the refund request is approved. The amount of refund will be decided by the committee based on the mutually signed contract between Profound Publishers and the Customer. A 15% processing fee will be charged on all refund requests.
